We decided to paint a chalkboard pumpkin, because we can personalize it even more by drawing or writing on it with chalk! You could even write the date on it everyday. :) The possibilities are endless!
We also painted another pumpkin in gold. We originally saw this idea on Pottery Barn, but changed it and instead of using silver spray paint, we decided to use gold for a warmer, autumn-ish look and feel. We used Krylon brand for both spray paints because it was on sale at Fred Meyer. :)
