Peculiar

I just recently read "Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children", and (aside from some not so nice words), it was a truly wonderful book. The story was so captivating and I finished it in two days.

While I was reading it, I showed my dad the cover of the book, and he was inspired by it and wanted to recreate the photo, so that is what we did. He had already been wanting to take a vintage tintype style portrait of me, so we took them both together.

I really love the way that they both turned out; very mysterious and a bit creepy. His Photoshop skills are incredible!

I have been a huge bookworm so far this year, and I'm keeping a list of all the books I want to read. Do you have any recommendations for me? Aaah so many wonderful books, so little time!
